So I've decided to move my blogging content to a platform where people can potentially interact with me, but to be honest...I'm a little nervous. Will I be perceived as too sexual, unfiltered, or direct?! who knows…I don't really know what I'm doing or if people are even going to find what I'm writing (well typing...) but I'm starting to enjoy the illusion of an intimate space where I can create my own world and express my thoughts (I mean...the internet is still a web). I actually became a bit overwhelmed today because I saw how many bloggers, writers, etc. there really are, and it's a bit intimidating. Apparently it's a "no-no" to use cuss words in a blog, but I've already done that too! (Oh well). I was also looking into monetization, subscriptions, and all that good jazz, but then I got overwhelmed again because what if no one subscribes anyway, or what if I'm just rambling about nothing...plus it seems like legalese has to become a part of everything we do at some point?! As I type this out, I sound like I'm just making up a bunch of excuses to not be progressive, which is exactly why I'm writing this post, but just in case anyone happens to find me, the beginning of my blogging journey can be found here: healingthroughhonesty.com

I'm not the most grammatically correct individual, but I feel like this is a new beginning I'm going to enjoy. I'm about to segue into a random thought, but I remember having a competition with a friend back in second grade to see who could write the longest entry...or maybe it was a book (Chile, who knows...it's 21+ years later...but we gave each other a few days to do it). Needless to say, I still remember mine coming out to 26 pages in the little composition books we were required to write in, and I was so proud. Do I remember what I wrote?! Absolutely not...but it was enough to write 26 pages. Plus, as I continue to type my thoughts out, it almost feels like everything I've been through has been pointing me towards doing this new hobby, but it didn't happen without the lowest of lows that unfortunately came with it (also mentioned on my website: healingthroughhonesty.com).

As I embark on this new journey, I guess the real question is...if no one ever finds me, will I keep writing?! And for now...the answer is yes, absolutely!
