Sometimes there's no easy way to be vulnerable, but with vulnerability comes the opportunity to inspire others - think of me as the auntie who heals and mentors others while also living life herself. As I share my life, wisdom, encouraging words, etc. with the beautiful loves who find me, I want you to feel comfortable knowing that no one is perfect and life is a journey...an experience...an expedition of choices! No one is perfect; not you, not me, or anyone, for that matter, but by evolving into the example of change that I want to see, hopefully, that helps the beautiful loves that connect with me as we journey through life together. Healing is nonlinear, and that's okay. Just like life, there are ups, downs, reminiscing, regrets, crying, anger...basically emotions and feelings(we're human beings, not robots...it happens). For me personally, it took several setbacks and life lessons to realize that sometimes life does, in fact, happen to you and for you because of the cards we're dealt, but we can always turn upside-down, right-side up with a different mindset.
